Herbal ley pastures

 
 

we have experimented with different Herbal ley pastures using up to 21 different herbs & grasses. Some have been very successful while others have been grazed out, haven't suited or were just a waste of money. Herbal Ley pastures are great used as holiday paddocks for smaller lambs or old ewes. graze lambs on them before processing as the herbs can add more flavour to the meat. These herbs give the stock extra vitamins & trace elements.

The change to organics would have been much easier  "If I knew at the beginning what I learnt during the journey ............"
